Free same-day delivery in Nanded

Orders placed before our cut-off (around 5:00 PM) are delivered the same day in Nanded, subject to product availability and your address being in our regular delivery area. Orders after the cut-off are delivered the next day. There is no minimum order and no delivery charge within Nanded.

• Most in-city orders arrive within a few hours of being packed.
• We confirm your order and stock on WhatsApp before dispatch, so there are no surprises.
• Your rider calls ahead when they're near, and you can track status live in My Orders.

Our riders operate roughly 9 AM — 9 PM. If you prefer a specific time — e.g. only after 6 PM — tell us on WhatsApp and we'll try to schedule accordingly. If you're not home, we'll coordinate or leave the order with someone you trust.

We currently deliver across Nanded city. For other areas, message us on WhatsApp with your pincode and the items you want — we'll do our best to arrange delivery or a pickup, and confirm cost and time before you commit.

Every order is quality-checked before dispatch and packed to arrive intact. Products are sealed where needed; if a seal or package looks tampered with on arrival, refuse receipt or tell the rider immediately and we'll sort it out.

Same-day delivery may be affected by extreme weather, road conditions or public holidays. If we can't deliver on the day promised, we'll let you know on WhatsApp and agree on the next best slot — you're under no obligation to keep waiting.

Once delivered, your return rights are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy (7 days, replacement or refund for eligible items).
